Refund Policy

 

At Ceruskin, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility. After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days, using the same payment method as the original order.

 

Please note:

 

Return Conditions for Used Products: You may return any Ceruskin product within 30 days, even if it has been opened or partially used. However, the product must be at least 75% full. Products with less than 75% of the contents remaining will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

 

Bundle Products and Discounts: If you return part of a product bundle, the original bundle discount will be voided. We will charge the full price for each individual product.

 

Free Gifts: If you are returning an order that included a free gift, we kindly ask that you return the gift as well. Free gifts are provided as a special bonus with your purchase. If you choose to keep the gift, we reserve the right to charge you the value of the gift.

 

Third-Party Orders: We can only accept returns for orders placed directly through our website (ceruskin.com). Returns or refunds for purchases made through external websites or stores cannot be processed.

 

Return Notification and Liability: Ceruskin can only process returns and issue refunds if the customer has notified us of the return through our website. If no return notification is received, the return cannot be processed, and a refund will not be issued. Refunds are only possible once we have received and inspected the returned products.

 

Return Process

Our return policy covers a period of 30 days. After this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you are returning an order that included a free gift, we expect the gift to be returned as well. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the value of the gift.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards and other vouchers.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from our website. We do not accept returns of products purchased from third-party sellers (such as retailers or resellers).

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account and/or credit card statement again. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ceruskin.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please email us at info@ceruskin.com and send your item to: Ceruskin, Kayersdijk 85, 7332 AL Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

 

International Customers

For international returns, all costs are the responsibility of the customer, including customs fees, import taxes, and any additional charges associated with the return. Ceruskin is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures or additional costs associated with international returns.
